JPU 500 Temperature -30 ° C and 125 ° C. Shore A has a hardness of 95 +/- 2. It is used in products such as lip seals and dust seals. It has chemical and thermal resistance against mineral oils, HFA and HFB liquids, water and sea water, diluted acid and alkali solutions.
JPU 505 Temperature -25 ° C and 100 ° C. Shore A has a hardness of 79 +/- 3. It is used instead of NBR as a preloading element in dust seals and U type seals used in pneumatic applications, especially in large diameter products. It has high abrasion and elasticity resistance against hydraulic fluids, oil and water emulsions, hydro power applications.
JPU 510 Temperature -30 ° C and 115 ° C. Shore A 90 +/- 2 hardness. Used in lip seals, dust seals, V-shaped seals and other products. It is used in applications requiring pneumatic and low pressure. It is resistant to mineral oils, HFA and HFB fluids, water and sea water, diluted acid and alkali solutions.
